Hosting
100% EU bare-metal hosting
Your data and the AI models run entirely on European bare-metal servers (within the EU-WEST-1 region). Because Kervalt controls its own infrastructure and does not rely on American cloud services, your data is legally and physically beyond the reach of U.S. CLOUD Act warrants.
Jurisdiction
Safe from foreign data requests
The U.S. CLOUD Act obliges American tech giants to hand over customer data to the U.S. government, even when that data sits on servers in Europe. Kervalt fully sidesteps this legal risk through sovereign European hosting, keeping your dossiers safe from foreign claims.
